ICAI Exam Form May 2023
The ICAI Exam Forms for May 2023 Attempt would be available from February 2023 and the last date for submitting the exam forms is March 2023. All students are required to submitting the exam form online shall log on to http://icaiexam.icai.org/index1.php & follow the procedure for submitting ICAI Exam Form online is detailed below.
Step 1: Create Your Account at ICAI Exam Portal:
For Submit CA Final and CA Intermediate Exam Forms, candidates need to Register new account. New account is mandatory for all new students only i.e who can fill CA Exam Form 1st Time. If you can fill CA Exam form in the last attempt then you will require to log in with your old login ID and Password, if you not remember your old password then please forget your password before login. In case you had created login at icaiexam.icai.org while applying for Final / Intermediate / CA Foundation exams held in an earlier attempt then there is no need to create the login again. You may just login using your SingleSignOn credentials (ie; LoginId & Password) and access all the activities under one umbrella.

For new registration Every student require to create his account and authenticating your Student Registration Number (eg: CRO0123456) with your date of birth, your VALID email-id and mobile number. (In Case your Name is not displayed on entering the registration number and Date of Birth, you can still create the login as a PROVISIONAL CANDIDATE by providing correct particulars. You must submit the copy of registration letter and other relevant documents with your application form in case your login is created as Provisional Candidate.) Step 2: Login and Pay Fee Online:
After Creating New Account, you will get your login ID and Password at your mail address, Check you mail and copy your user name and password. Now you will require to login at icai online exam form website After login please fill in all required details carefully and confirm the particulars displayed on the Confirmation Page and Pay the Fees Online using a Master, Visa Credit card, or Debit card. Click Here to Login for Online Exam Form Important – Candidates whose photographs and signatures are not in the exam database, i.e. those whose photographs and signatures are not displayed on the screen, are required to fill out the examination application form, take a printout of the profile form, affix their photographs, and signatures at the designated place, get the form attested by a Chartered Accountant or Gazetted officer or Head of an educational institution and submit the same at the designated offices of the Institute on or before the specified dates indicated on the portal. However, such candidates are also required to scan and upload their Certificate of Service, on the portal.
How to Upload Certificate of Service at ICAI Exam Portal
Step 1: Download relevant Certificate of Service format from above download links.. Step 2: Fill all the particulars Next Step 3: Get it attested from Principal/Member Step 4: Scan the same in following image formats Jpg/Jpeg file of size 100-200Kb/ 200DPI resolution and keep it ready for uploading Step 5: Visit on ICAI Official Exam form website – https://icaiexam.icai.org/ Now Step 6: Login to your Account by using your Registration Number and Password, Now your Dashboard is appeared on your screen (Note – If you are first time user then please register on ICAI Portal, and then you will get the password at your mail address) Step 7: Click on “Apply for May 2023 Exams” OR “Click on Edit Application“ Step 8: Now a Popup Window Show, Please click on Ok Button and you may reach at Exam form Page Last Step 9: Scroll down below and you may see the “DECLARATION CERTIFICATE ” tab, Same like below screenshot
Step 10 : Choose your Scan File and your Certificate of Service IS Successfully uploaded at ICAI Exam Portal, fill all other required details n Submit Your Form
Please Follow Next Steps only in one case i.e. if your photographs and signatures are not in exam database
Step 3: Make Payment and Take print out of PDF form
Now you will Require toMake payment and after successfully payment Take print out of Exam form in PDF form on A4 size paper with Portrait orientation. Please Do Not print on both sides of the paper. You can send the email for the refund of fees. However, any multiple payments received by us for the same student (applying more than once with the same Registration Number) will be refunded by the office on its own at the end of the online forms process.
Step 4: Affix Photograph & Signature:
After Taking Print out of the Exam form you will require to Paste your Photograph and Sign the form using Black Ink Pen and get the form attested by the Principal / Member of the Institute/gazetted officer, as mentioned in the form printed in Step 3 above.

Application fee: students have to pay varying amounts of the application fee depending on the exam center they opt for. The payment has to be made via Master/ Visa/ Maestro/ Credit card/ Debit card/ Rupay. ICAI releases two application correction windows after the CA Exam forms close (after the extended date). Students can use these application correction windows to edit the medium of the exam, choice of exam centre, etc. Application correction window- 1 will be free of cost while application correction window- 2 charges Rs. 1000.
