According to some references, Gaulden was charged by the United States Marshalls In Autin, Texas, on November 28, 2016, for 2 counts of attempted first-degree murder from a past incident that happened on November 2nd, 2016, in Louisiana. Reports declare that YoungBoy and another boy allegedly got out of a car and opened fire at a group of boys on the 2000 block of Kentucky Street, South Baton Rogue. Shortly after being officially arrested and booked, Gaulden was deported to another jurisdiction and was kept on a $200,000 bond. After finishing nearly 7 months in the prison, NBA YoungBoy had a court hearing where he ended up admitting to firing a gun numerous times during the drive-by shooting that occurred on the 2000 block of Kentucky ST. on the 2nd of November 2016. Points after YoungBoy’s confession, the prosecutor suggested a plea agreement to Gaulden for a lesser charge in exchange for a guilty plea.
